$600 obo (Any reasonable offer will be excepted! )

1991 Ford F150 long bed. This truck is for sale as is! It is not running at the moment, it died about a month ago and I have not had the time or money to even look into it. It did not pass the last emmitions inspection for Boulder County and has a short somewhere that will drain the battery when it is not running. There are quick disconnects on the battery to disconnect the negetive when parked for more than a day or so. This has been a good truck but I need to get rid of it asap. It does have some body damage on the front right quarter panel and broken turn signal plastic. Usual Ford rust spots around wheel wells!

    Additional Features:
    8' bed
    Goose Neck hitch
    Excellent 4x4 with Warn hubs
    5.0 V8
Heavy Duty 5 spd (1st gear Granny Gear)
Toolbox in pictures is already sold!

$600 obo (Any reasonable offer will be excepted! )

I will miss this beast, RIP.

I wish i had the time i would buy it and turn it into a PB Tank but with no garage to work in i must pass.

This would be a great truck to pick up... the EFI 5.0 engines are the super easy to work on and they are everywhere in junk yards so you have parts galore. Good luck with sale and if I wish I had the space to pick this up also...I would make a nice snow plow truck out of her!

It sucks that she's gotta go, BUT, the reason I am not trying to fix her is what I got for Christmas:

My grandpa bought this truck new in 1985 and when he passed in 2006 my sister and brother-in-law bought it from the estate auction. I told them that if they ever wanted to get rid of it let me know and I will find a way to buy it. They GAVE it to me for Christmas. It's got an oil leak at the housing that the oil filter screws into but other than that she's tits!

1985 Chevy S10 Tahoe (back then the tahoo was a package not a model)
    2.8l 60* V6
    5 speed manual
Rear jump seats! (LOL I remember riding in these when I was a kid and now my fat ass wouldn't fit back there to save my life!)

I am pretty much selling the old beast to get the insurance and registration and plates taken care of. I am asking $600 but will go to $300 for anyone on the team!

Damn that's tempting, let me check the budget when I get home and see what I can do, of course if there is anybody else who jumps first then great, I hope you get a bite. If I can do something I'll let you know. I know I was planning on trading in the escape for a truck sometime next year, perhaps if I can I'll keep the escape and get the truck to have one for when I need a truck.

Nice Christmas Present btw, and the fact that its been in your family since new is awesome.

Thge only down side to the "new" truck is that it is a Chevy, although I think for this instance I can make an exception!

Man now you are just teasing us... you should put it up on Craigslist for $800 I bet it would sell right away... Remember when selling any vehicle pretend you know nothing about cars... act dumb and price it a few hundred dollars over what you want and they will talk you down and think they are getting a deal but in the end it is you that walks away with the deal and a smile!

I have it up on craigslist already, same listing I posted here, so far I have a couple of possible bites and a bunch of junkers wanting to give me $100 - $150. The bites I have are real standoffish so I'm pretty sure niether will pan out!

I love the new truck but I was unable to register it on Thurs. The damn DMV closed at noon, I got there at 12:30. That sucked! I will register it Tomorrow though!

I was sad to see the old beast go but I couldn't justify putting any more money into a dying truck. I would have love to use it to make a tank but I needed the cash!

Well you know my car is startin to take its toll. There is alot more things wrong with it then I had thought. So for now it will have to get me around but when it doesnt do the trick we'll make it into a tank. I don't know how a caviler will fit into your blue prints cuppy

A cavalier will be alot more dificult to make a tank out of being that it is unibody. Not impossible but more difficult.
