The new Mag!

So I just got my new Mag!! It is basically a piece built gun... Made up of; X-Valve, Lv 10 Bolt, ULE Body, Tac One foregrip, Freak Barrel w/ SP All American front, Carbon composite handle with AGD grip, and a Shocktech drop forward asa.

This gun is light... By far the lightest gun I have ever felt! It makes my PM6 and ION feel like lead (they did not even have the 9v's). If I decide to use the Stiffie barrel instead of the freak it makes it even better! I cant shoot it till I get some air but I had like 900psi in my tank from the last game and dry fired about 20 shots before it ran to low to run the gun. Gun is fast and smooth very little lift!

Plans for the gun; I am Going to mill out the main rail, and the handle to take off a little more weight, get some shrink warped SS air lines, Maybe new grips, get a Rotor hopper instead of the Chipped Vlocity maybe a ninja 48 tank because it feels odd having the tank weigh like 4 times as much as the gun... Any other ideas or comments guys?

Hmm i'm liking it. The stiffi looks to freakish on that thing tho. I suggest adding color accents to the bolt, matching up the barrel, nemesis grips possibly,color drop forward maybe. Prettty much decorate it lol

o and i like the bike. Green is an awsome color

I think he is going for the all black look, i like it, but definitely a new lower and lighter hopper. I love mags. Nice find.

Yeah I like guns to be one color...Black lol. As far as the Stiffie barrel it is a 16" so it is just to long for playing in the woods I will look for a 12 or 14" one... I love Carbon Fiber anything! I would not be opposed to Nemesis Grips but not sure if they have them for this type of handle. Also keep my eye out for a all Black tank cover to get rid of the red.

What is the Lowest and lightest hopper out right now? I know the Dye Rotors are low but not sure about the weight?

I would say either the Rotor or Prophecy. And i love the Deadly Wind CF barrels. As for the grips they offer a standard 45 grip.

Yeah they are cool but they are crazy expensive... Thinking I might go with the Rotor but I like the Pinokio Hopper also(not the looks but everything else..)

Love my Prophecy

I have read a lot on the Prophecy and it has great reviews except for when you have to take it apart to clean and if you have a quiet gun, oh and the battery use... Not worried about the Batts or taking it apart but the quiet is a problem for me, mags are quiet and the mass of the noise is in the rear at the bolt. So some people say they have issues with non feeds... I could try it out and see for myself... I might wait till pinokio comes out with there new model hopper it will look like this but have the same guts as the original or better! This is for the A5 but you get the idea...

Bolt quick question... Is the ULE body set up for Autococker threads? If so i would like to shoot this the next time i see you, i am looking to get a mech gun for a back up-back up and i really dont want to go with an autococker or spyder clone.

Yep that way I can use all my PM6 barrels! Sure you can use it... But be warned they are addictive..lol They really hold there value big time...makes it a pain to pick one Up sometimes.

I am going to wait till Pinokio comes out with there new model hopper until them I am going to run my Revy hopper to keep it light and reliable!

I am going to order a Deadlywind Carbon Fiber Barrel for my mag (since I have a full freak kit) Should I go with a 10" or 12" The 12" has more porting on it (makes it quieter and puts a tad more spin). My fear is that the 12" might be a little to long for that gun... What do you guys think?

It has 10" Freak kit with a All American on it now...

I say go with the 12, it will be perfect. I have the 14 or 12 not sure cant remember which one i sold to Bronx, but either or they are all awesome and quite and shoot strait.

Got my early Aniversery present today! 12" Deadly winds Carbon fiber Barrel with freak insert slot! I will post up pics once I get my foregrip to see how it looks with the carbon on it!

So here is the mag in its state now... It is all most done.... All that is left is a CP Direct mount ASA, Venomous Designs Snatch Grip, and Send the Rail and Body into Luke Customs to get the Rail milled down and powder coated black and have another Ball Detent put on. Basically stuff that I will ask for Christmas. All the old Parts get put on my other Mag!
